RFTN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,356 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP4, MRPS35, and TXNL1. Each is linked with RFTN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFTN1-to-partner and partner-to-RFTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP4 grouped by RFTN1-low versus RFTN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
