Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,588 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFTN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and Collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RFTN1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFTN1-to-partner and partner-to-RFTN1 results are reported.
