RFT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPHKAP, SERPINA4, and BSND. Each is linked with RFT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFT1-to-partner and partner-to-RFT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPHKAP grouped by RFT1-low versus RFT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
