RFPL4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,154 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM133A, SEMA3D, and CCDC144NL-AS1. Each is linked with RFPL4B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL4B-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFPL4B versus FAM133A in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
