RFPL4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,964 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myeloid cell homeostasis, Negative regulation of transferase activity, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with RFPL4B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL4B-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Myeloid cell homeostasis grouped by RFPL4B-low versus RFPL4B-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
