The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RFPL4A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RFPL4A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, COAD, and SARC are the cancer types where RFPL4A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
