Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,909 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, T cell proliferation, and Negative regulation of immune response. Each is linked with RFPL4A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL4A-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL4A results are reported.
