Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFPL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCC11, OR10V1, and OR2T1. Each is linked with RFPL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL4A-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
