RFPL3S

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL3S RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,248 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL3S-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRCAM, PDLIM1, and PDLIM1_S90. Each is linked with RFPL3S in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL3S-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL3S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL3S→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL3S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
