Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,416 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF1P1, SLC5A4-AS1, and SLC5A4. Each is linked with RFPL2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL2-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFPL2 versus CPSF1P1 in PRAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
