Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,992 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule depolymerization, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and Macromolecule methylation. Each is linked with RFPL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL1 results are reported.
