Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 349 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHCY, EIF3E, and NCALD. Each is linked with RFPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFPL1 versus AHCY in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
