Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,989 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP13A1, TRMT2A, and MINAR2. Each is linked with RFPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL1 results are reported.
