Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, STAT3_pY705, and ASNS. Each is linked with RFPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL1 results are reported.
