Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,105 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, ATP metabolic process, and Neurofilament bundle assembly. Each is linked with RFPL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL1 results are reported.
