Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H5, TRIM51, and MCHR2. Each is linked with RFPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H5 grouped by RFPL1-low versus RFPL1-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
