RFLNA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFLNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFLNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP36, MIR6803, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with RFLNA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFLNA-to-partner and partner-to-RFLNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCYBP36 grouped by RFLNA-low versus RFLNA-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFLNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFLNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
