RFLNA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFLNA mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFLNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tcm and Th2 cells. Each is linked with RFLNA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFLNA-to-partner and partner-to-RFLNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ Tcm grouped by RFLNA-low versus RFLNA-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFLNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFLNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
