RFLNA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFLNA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,393 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFLNA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament fragmentation, Positive regulation of natural killer cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of dendritic cell apoptotic process. Each is linked with RFLNA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFLNA-to-partner and partner-to-RFLNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Actin filament fragmentation grouped by RFLNA-low versus RFLNA-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFLNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFLNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
