RFKP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFKP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,478 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFKP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DLG4_S295, RABEP1, and DTX2. Each is linked with RFKP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFKP1-to-partner and partner-to-RFKP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFKP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFKP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
