Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RFK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RFK data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RFK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RFK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where RFK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
