Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,616 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARNMT1, RPSAP9, and ABHD17B. Each is linked with RFK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFK-to-partner and partner-to-RFK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFK versus CARNMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
