Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP48, RNU6-1243P, and RNU6-17P. Each is linked with RFK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFK-to-partner and partner-to-RFK results are reported.
