Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa, PDCD4, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with RFK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFK-to-partner and partner-to-RFK results are reported.
