RFESD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFESD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFESD-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA1, HBA2, and HBB. Each is linked with RFESD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFESD-to-partner and partner-to-RFESD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFESD versus HBA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
