RFESD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFESD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFESD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-3, CCL27, and LINC01072. Each is linked with RFESD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFESD-to-partner and partner-to-RFESD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-3 grouped by RFESD-low versus RFESD-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
