Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 36,356 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, RFC3, and RFC4. Each is linked with RFC5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC5-to-partner and partner-to-RFC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC5 versus RFC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
