Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RFC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RFC4 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RFC4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RFC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RFC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
