RFC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,497 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC3, TRIP13, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with RFC4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC4-to-partner and partner-to-RFC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC4 versus RFC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
