Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,221 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC6B, ACVR2B, and MAGI1. Each is linked with RFC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC4-to-partner and partner-to-RFC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC4 versus TRAPPC6B in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
