RFC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM7, RB1, and POLD1. Each is linked with RFC3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC3-to-partner and partner-to-RFC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC3 versus MCM7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
