Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,872 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG2, SPC24, and RFC4. Each is linked with RFC3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC3-to-partner and partner-to-RFC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC3 versus NCAPG2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
