Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,027 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPH, CHCHD2, and PDAP1. Each is linked with RFC2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC2-to-partner and partner-to-RFC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC2 versus CENPH in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
