Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, 53BP1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with RFC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC2-to-partner and partner-to-RFC2 results are reported.
