Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,678 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, Nuclear DNA replication, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with RFC2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC2-to-partner and partner-to-RFC2 results are reported.
