Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REXO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN3L, TMEM167AP1, and MIR1302-2HG. Each is linked with REXO5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO5-to-partner and partner-to-REXO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATXN3L grouped by REXO5-low versus REXO5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
