REXO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REXO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,262 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZR1, DOHH, and TMEM259. Each is linked with REXO1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO1-to-partner and partner-to-REXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO1 versus FZR1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
