Across TCGA patient cohorts, REX1BD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,157 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REX1BD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with REX1BD in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REX1BD-to-partner and partner-to-REX1BD results are reported.
