Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, REX1BD RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated REX1BD data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher REX1BD RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REX1BD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and KIRC are the cancer types where REX1BD RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
