Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REX1BD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REX1BD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4287, RNA5SP223, and RNA5SP519. Each is linked with REX1BD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REX1BD-to-partner and partner-to-REX1BD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4287 grouped by REX1BD-low versus REX1BD-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REX1BD→partner) and Y-score (partner→REX1BD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
