Across TCGA patient cohorts, REX1BD mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REX1BD-associated genes across cancer lineages are B-cells and CD4+ memory T-cells. Each is linked with REX1BD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REX1BD-to-partner and partner-to-REX1BD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B-cells grouped by REX1BD-low versus REX1BD-high in UCEC.
