Across TCGA cell cohorts, REX1BD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,467 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REX1BD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with REX1BD in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REX1BD-to-partner and partner-to-REX1BD results are reported.
