REV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, WDR5, and CEBPB. Each is linked with REV1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REV1-to-partner and partner-to-REV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REV1 versus HNRNPLL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
