Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REV1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,382 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNLS, MIOX, and DNAJC3. Each is linked with REV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REV1-to-partner and partner-to-REV1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REV1 versus RNLS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
