Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,961 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P7, TONSL, and TPRN. Each is linked with REV1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REV1-to-partner and partner-to-REV1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P7 grouped by REV1-low versus REV1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
