Across TCGA patient cohorts, REV1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, S6_pS240_S244, and ASNS. Each is linked with REV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REV1-to-partner and partner-to-REV1 results are reported.
