RETSAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETSAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,514 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETSAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QKI, KRT8, and LLGL2. Each is linked with RETSAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETSAT-to-partner and partner-to-RETSAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RETSAT versus QKI in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETSAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETSAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
