Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RETREG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB4, RNA5SP198, and RN7SL326P. Each is linked with RETREG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG3-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB4 grouped by RETREG3-low versus RETREG3-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
