RESP18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RESP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RESP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7A5, PABPC1L2B, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with RESP18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RESP18-to-partner and partner-to-RESP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RESP18 versus OR7A5 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RESP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RESP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
