RERGL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RERGL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,899 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RERGL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, CALD1_S202, and RPS2. Each is linked with RERGL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RERGL-to-partner and partner-to-RERGL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RERGL versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RERGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RERGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
